Kroger will be Governor one day. This guy is sharp and does not pull punches. Here are my predictions when the A.G dumps his findings on our honorable Mayor Adams.
1- It was more than just a kiss in that city hall rest-room.
2- The Mercury cub reporter will be found as a BOUGHT employee, paid for by the tax payers. Let's not forget the Willamette Week discovery about the reporter who had the goods on Adams during the campaign and then found herself a cushy gig in City Hall. Allegedly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3- It will be 24 hours after the A.G gives up their findings that Adams will resign. The recall effort will be history.
4- If Ted Wheeler runs, Randy Leonard will stay put. If Wheeler decides not to run, Leonard will take the gamble. Let's not leave out Bob Ball who was ruined by Adams with lies. Ball would of made a much better Mayor.
5- A million stories in the naked city of Stumptown U.S.A
If the A.G had nothing, they would of capped this long ago. When they deliver the evidence, he is history this prick.

Seem's there has been some "leaks" starting to emerge from the AG'office.
The people in the community most near the mayor, "JUST OUT" magazine, that would be the GAY community, seem to have softened their previous stand, calling early for him to step down, and now are sitting on the fence with a new editor.
My respect was growing for the "gutty call", by many of them from the community, but now...it seems they can overlook just about anything to keep that hold at city hall.
This freeking town is so divided, that if there were life and death issues, which would mean, they might have to bend to get along....DAMN,I think we would learn quick, there is no such thing as unity, if it were to mean anyone outside of that part of town.
Same for the lefty's here...It was clearly stated, this recall had nothing to do with GAY/LEFT,or otherwise, yet posts all over blogs in the city, still rant of hate gays, right winger take overs etc.
If the Sam, gets nailed...there will be many here in the city to cry foul and worse..but if he goes down,let it be a lesson and a warning..arrogance, and stupid decisions in tough times here will not play well(DID YOU HEAR THAT RANDY?)

Here is the problem, Bog writes well,I know people who have been taught by him,he is a good teacher..but when it all comes down to it, Jack "writes" about others fighting, but he hasn't the gonads to fight himself.
Bogdanski is not someone you want in your foxhole in combat!
He also has the opinion, that if you don't follow his line of thinking on his blog, then you are removed,granted it's his blog, but so many allow(within good boundries)verbal a-- kicking, which eventually will show a winner or loser.
He says...he has, and does support the recall, but he was damn sure led to the actual post where he put his name on it.
All in all, the head blogger here, has put more then his name on the direction that must in this issue...a lot more.
Few people in my 62 years have made the hair stand up on neck...count Sam Adams as one of them, he is not someone you let get behind you.

Ted Wheeler leans towards the left way to far, Bob Ball,is a lefty as well,but from a few times talking with him, IF..he can be coaxed to run against Randy, he would represent us all, more then Randy and every "KEEP PORTLAND WEIRD" group here.

I think Ted Wheeler stays put. He has his head on straight and is in his position for the right reasons. The Multnomah County budget is far more important to him right now than advancing his political career.
At least I hope that's the case. I would wonder if Novick would give it a go.

My theory is they already wrapped up, and they are delaying the release until the council president duty switches to Fritz on June 1 because what they've got is an immediate career-ender for Adams and they don't want Leonard as Acting Mayor because he will be implicated as well.

I don't live in Portland. But I think the city deserves a better mayor. What really steams me, however, is the Adams Camp trying to boycott Nick's Coney Island. Therefore, I am already making plans to go have lunch there next Friday, and as many times as I can. You should too. Don't let guys like Adams try and intimidate others.
