A MORNING AT COSTCO WITH LINDNER
This is the line for the 8:00-9:00 “seniors only” crowd to get into Costco today. As I made my way to the end of the line, some duffer told another guy walking past; “Stay away from me!” To which he retorted; “Fuck you, asshole.”

I got to the end and took my place at least five feet behind the woman in front of me. She turned to me and said; “Please step farther back. That’s not six feet.”

I left the line and went back to my car. I may not have 48 rolls of toilet paper, but by god, I’ve got my dignity.
